Our company manufactures single or co-rotating/counter-rotating twin screws and their barrels for extrusion and injection machines.

Available screw types are:

• Co-rotating and Counter-rotating Parallel/Conical Twin Screws
• Injection Molding Screws
• Barrier Maillefer Type Screws

Screws and barrels can be produced from different materials according to customers' requirements and needs. Also different heat treatments like carburisation, nitration, induction, etc.. can be applied.

In our factory we can produce screws with;

• Ø120 mm up to 8000 mm long
• Ø320 mm up to 6200 mm long

using 8550 or 4140 materials.
