Our company manufactures the main screws (The Sun) for Planet Extruder machines. The main screws can be produced from different materials according to customers' requirements and needs. Also different heat treatments like carburisation, nitration, induction, etc.. can be applied.

In our factory we can produce the main screws with optimized wall thicknesses and with;

• Maximum 75 Threads in 3 Module
• Maximum 60 Threads in 3,5 Module

using 8550 or 4140 materials.
